Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 11, 2026
By accessing or using Svila.io ("we," "our," "us," or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Svila.io. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where age misrepresentation is suspected.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@svila.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. AI-Generated Conversations
Svila.io uses artificial intelligence to generate conversation responses. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, coherent, or appropriate. We use third-party AI providers to power conversations. By using the Service, you acknowledge that message content is processed by these providers.
You retain ownership of the personas and characters you create. However, by using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating AI responses.
4. Voice Feature
Premium users with voice credits may enable voice responses. Voice synthesis is powered by ElevenLabs. When voice mode is active, the text of AI responses is sent to ElevenLabs for audio generation. By enabling voice, you consent to this processing.
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
Zero Tolerance: Sexual Content Involving Minors
Svila.io has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any sexual or romantic content involving minors. The following are absolutely prohibited, without exception:
- Any attempt to generate sexual or romantic content involving characters described or implied to be under 18 years old
- Any attempt to describe an AI character as a minor, regardless of how the request is framed (including fictional or roleplay contexts)
- Using phrases such as "it's just a story" or "she's actually 18" to circumvent this policy — these are not valid overrides
Violations will result in immediate permanent account terminationand may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent bodies in your jurisdiction.
Additional Prohibited Conduct
The following are also strictly prohibited on Svila.io:
- Content that constitutes or facilitates real-world harassment of identifiable individuals
- Non-consensual scenarios presented in an approving or instructional manner
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on protected characteristics
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Bestiality, or any sexual content depicting humans with non-human animals
- Incest, or sexual content between characters described or implied to be biological family members
- Sexual content depicting real, identifiable people without explicit verifiable consent (including celebrities, public figures, and persons known to the user)
- Necrophilia, snuff content, or sexual content depicting death or serious physical harm
- Promotion or instruction of illegal drug use, weapons manufacturing, or the planning of violence
- Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
- Content that infringes the intellectual property of third parties (including reproducing copyrighted works without authorisation)
- Sexual content involving extreme or non-consensual scenarios that contravene Visa or Mastercard network rules, including but not limited to depictions of urination, defecation, or other bodily fluids in a sexual context, and consensual non-consent ("CNC") roleplay
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and permanent termination. We may report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.
6. Subscriptions
Svila.io Premium is offered as a recurring subscription billed automatically on a monthly or annual cycle. By starting a subscription you authorise Svila.io and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on each billing date until you cancel.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account at https://svila.io/account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain Premium access until that date and are not charged again. Subscriptions cancelled within the refund windows in section 8 may also be eligible for a partial or full refund.
We will send a reminder email to your registered email address at least seven (7) days before the first auto-renewal of an annual subscription, and within forty-eight (48) hours of any subsequent renewal of any subscription.

7. Credits & Day Passes
In addition to subscriptions, Svila.io offers one-time purchases including message credit packs, voice credit packs, and day passes (temporary premium access). These are separate products from subscriptions and are governed by the same payment terms.
Message and voice credits do not expire. Day passes begin immediately upon purchase and stack with any remaining active pass time. Credits and day passes are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
8. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, including Stripe, NOWPayments (cryptocurrency), and additional providers Svila.io may add over time. Svila.io does not store or handle your payment card or wallet details directly. By making a purchase you also agree to be bound by the terms of service of the relevant payment provider for that transaction.
Charges may appear on your bank or card statement under one of the following descriptors: SVILA.IO, SEGPAY*SVILA, STRIPE*SVILA, or a similar variant identifying Svila.io as the merchant. The exact descriptor depends on the payment provider used at checkout.
Refund policy
The Svila.io refund policy is designed to be fair to honest customers and to comply with Visa, Mastercard, and Australian Consumer Law (ACL) requirements.
Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly)
- A full refund of the most recent charge is available within seven (7) days of that charge if you have used fewer than 50 chat messages in that billing period.
- A pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the current period is available within fourteen (14) days of the most recent charge if usage has been minimal and the request is made in good faith.
- After the windows above, you may cancel at any time and your Premium access will continue until the end of the paid period; no further charges will be made.
Day passes
- A full refund is available within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase if the day pass has not been activated for use.
- Once a day pass has been used to access Premium features, it is non-refundable.
Message and voice credit packs
- Unused credits may be refunded within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
- Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@svila.io from the email address registered on your Svila.io account. Include your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond to refund requests within forty-eight (48) hours and to process approved refunds within seven (7) business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable consumer-protection legislation. Where the ACL applies, our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy in the event of a major service failure or where services are not of acceptable quality.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorised or fraudulent, please contact us first at support@svila.io. We can usually resolve disputes more quickly than your card issuer can. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination, and we may dispute the chargeback with your card issuer.
9. Intellectual Property
The Svila.io platform, brand, design, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Svila.io and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or for any other reason with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@svila.io.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Svila.io after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
