What is Svila.io?
Svila.io is an adult AI companion platform where you can create unique personas and have intimate, personalised conversations. You can explore different tones, moods, fantasy scenarios, and even group chats — all powered by AI. It's designed for adults who want a creative, private, and deeply personal AI experience.
Is Svila.io free to use?
Yes, Svila.io has a free plan. Free users can create personas using Romantic and Sweet tones and receive up to 20 AI messages per day at no cost. For access to all tones, moods, fantasy features, group chats, and voice responses, you can upgrade to Premium or purchase a Day Pass.
What does Premium include?
Premium unlocks all conversation tones (including Dirty, Dominant, Teasing, and Flirty), all moods, fantasy scenario tags, and group chat with two personas at once. Premium subscribers also get unlimited daily messages (subject to fair use) and can purchase voice credit packs to enable voice responses.
What is a Day Pass?
A Day Pass gives you temporary premium access without a monthly commitment. You can buy 1-day, 3-day, or 7-day passes from the Pricing page. Passes stack — if you buy a new pass while one is still active, the time adds on. When your pass expires, premium personas become locked until you renew or upgrade.
What are Message Credits?
Message credits are an alternative to a monthly subscription. Free users receive 20 messages per day. If you need more, you can purchase message credit packs (100 or 500 messages) as a one-time payment. Credits do not expire and roll over indefinitely.
What are Voice Credits?
Voice credits let premium users hear AI responses spoken aloud using realistic voice synthesis. Each voice response costs 1 credit. You can purchase voice credit packs (50 or 150 credits) from the Pricing page. Voice credits do not expire.
What happens to my premium personas when my Day Pass or subscription expires?
Personas using premium features (such as non-free tones or fantasy tags) become locked — they're still visible in your sidebar but can't be chatted with until your premium access is restored. Your personas and chat history are never deleted. Simply buy a new Day Pass or upgrade to Premium to unlock them again.
What is group chat?
Group chat is a premium feature that lets you have a conversation with two of your personas at the same time. Each persona maintains its own personality and responds independently, creating a more dynamic and immersive experience.
How does voice work?
When voice mode is enabled in the playroom (available to premium users with voice credits), AI responses are converted to speech using ElevenLabs voice synthesis technology. Click the 🎤 Voice button in the chat window to toggle it on or off. Each voice response uses 1 voice credit.
What is the Memory Journal?
The Memory Journal is a per-companion record of what your AI knows about you, built up automatically from your conversations. Every fact — your sister's name, your work, your preferences — is stored as an editable note in the journal. Open it at /journal to read, edit, pin, or remove anything. There's a separate journal for each companion, so what Aria knows isn't shared with Luna unless you choose to.
How is the Memory Journal different from the old memory system?
The old system was a rolling summary of your last 40 messages — context could get fuzzy or lost as conversations grew. The Memory Journal stores facts individually and persistently. Your companion remembers what you said two weeks ago as clearly as what you said yesterday, and you can see exactly what she has learned at /journal.
Can I edit or remove things my companion remembers?
Yes. Open /journal, click on the companion, and you will see every fact she has stored. Each fact has actions for edit, pin, mark sensitive, or forget. Forget is permanent and instant — once removed, the fact is never retrieved again. You can also wipe a companion's entire memory or your full account memory from the same page.
How do I set hard limits my companion will always respect?
In the Memory Journal at /journal, the Boundaries section lets you set hard limits (things you never want in chat) and soft preferences (things you would rather avoid). Hard limits are injected at the top of every reply and double-checked by a safety classifier before the reply ships. If a reply would cross a hard limit, it is blocked and replaced with a soft reset.
What happens to my Memory Journal if I delete a companion?
When you delete a companion, everything in her journal is permanently removed — facts, message vectors, relationship edges, and pending memory diffs all cascade away. Memory from other companions and your universal 'About me' facts are unaffected. Deleting your account at /account removes everything across every companion.
Is my data and conversation history private?
Yes. Your conversations are stored privately and are not shared with or visible to other users. We do not sell your personal data. Conversations are processed by our AI provider to generate responses — please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Is Svila.io safe for minors?
No. Svila.io is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow underage users on the platform.
What content is forbidden?
Svila.io does not permit any content involving minors in sexual contexts, real-person harassment, non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly, violence for its own sake, or any illegal activity. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — one click from your account page at /account. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again. If you change your mind before the period ends, you can re-activate from the same page. After the period ends, you can resubscribe at any time from /pricing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within defined windows. Premium subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of the most recent charge if you've used fewer than 50 chat messages; pro-rata refund within 14 days if usage has been minimal. Day passes: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if not activated. Message and voice credits: unused credits refundable within 14 days. How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@svila.io. We will delete your account, personas, and conversation history within 30 days of your request. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
